LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time to allow for paperwork, restroom use, and any questions you may have about your treatments. If you arrive late, you may not get your full treatment. If your treatment is shortened due to late arrival, you will still be charged the full amount. After 10 minutes, you will be considered a no show and your appointment will be cancelled. Charges may apply.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

I understand that sometimes life happens and sometimes plans change. Please understand that your appointment is very important to me and the time has been set aside just for you. When you cancel or no show for an appointment, I can't fill your spot. This means other clients on my wait list then miss an opportunity to receive services.  

I respectfully ask that you cancel no less than 24 hours before your appointment time. All no shows will be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the service, and your next service will need to be paid for in advance. 

CHILDREN

No children are allowed in the treatment room during services, or to be left in the waiting area out front unattended. Thank you for making other arrangements for your children.

GUESTS 

There are to be no guests in the treatment rooms. For safety reasons, I kindly ask that you not bring your friends, or significant others on days when you are having treatments.
